The Museum of Television Production Music Needs Your Help

5 September 2020

from Terry Wilkie, Museum of Television Production Music

The Museum of Television Production Music needs your help to preserve television history and your legacy in this creative industry. For over 48 years we have preserved television production music and other production elements such as photos, slides, music usage sheets, and video to name a few. Thanks to caring people like you we have archived over 100,000 cues and this material will be preserved for generations to come.

We partner with and pay annual fees to ASCAP, BMI, SOCAN, so composers, publishers and production houses are paid for their works. We would appreciate your help in preserving any audio music recordings you may have from any genre of television, the older the better!

Digitized donations are preferred but we do have the capability to transfer these formats (1/4-inch reel-to-reel, record, cassette, DAT, NAB cart and McKenzie cart). Anonymous donations can be sent via a free WeTransfer.com account to [email protected]. If you wish to be recognized as donating material to the museum please indicate that during the upload. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. https://tvpmm.com/
