You must be a current student, age 29 or less, studying arranging, orchestration and/or music composition in a music school, college, conservatory, university or privately. You do NOT need to be a student member of ASMAC. You may submit to more than one of the scholarships listed below.
Complete the application below and submit it no later than September 1, 2020 with:
1) A short arrangement of an original or standard. This may be written for any instrumentation. Your submission must be in
the form of a musical score (concert or transposed). In addition, we encourage you to attach a recording or demo of yoursubmission as well.
2) A copy of your student identification card.
3) A one-page statement of your career goals and aspirations.
4) A letter of recommendation from a faculty member and/or professional composer or arranger familiar with your work.
