BIOS:

Russell Anixter has been a music copyist in NYC for over 30 years, the last 16 years a partner at Anixter Rice Music Service supervising music preparation for numerous Broadway shows, regional theatre, Radio City Christmas Spectacular, live concerts, and recordings.

Russ received his Bachelors’s degree in Industrial Relations from California State University, Chico, and his Master’s degree in Jazz/Commercial Composition from Manhattan School of Music.

He is also the arranger and director of Russ Anixter’s Hippie Big Band.

Liz Finch holds an MA degree in theory and composition. She has worked as a copyist for many years in both recording and live performance, in the studio music libraries and independent music preparation offices, as well as independently for many high-profile arrangers and composers. She was sometimes known as “the girl” at a time when there were very few women in the profession. With the move to more digital music production, she has also served as an orchestrator for many films with composers such as Hans Zimmer, John Powell, and Steve Jablonsky.

Emily Grishman is a music copyist who specializes in providing music for the theatre and has been the music preparation supervisor for over 125 Broadway productions. She has worked on countless not-for-profit and regional shows and also prepares music for film and television recording sessions.

Booker White is Supervisor of Music Preparation and Director of Music Library, Walt Disney Pictures, and Television. Countless film titles include The Lion King, Mulan, Spider-Man, Pirates of the Caribbean, Aladdin, Frozen, Star Trek, Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, X-Men, Transformers, and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.
